Know what you’re buying before it ships
Start with a product brief and target specification. We’ll confirm origin, available grade, packaging options and the documents that can be prepared for your destination.
Senyu Spices works across agricultural production, sourcing, processing, quality control and export. For over a decade, our supply network has connected Yulin, Guangxi — one of the world's largest spice trading hubs — with international customers seeking reliable natural ingredient supply.

For over a decade, we have operated at the center of Yulin's spice markets. Our model rests on two things a buyer can actually check: a sourcing network whose origin we can trace, and pricing built on real supply-chain capacity.
Yulin is a major spice trading and distribution center in Guangxi. We work with regional sourcing and processing partners; origin and supply details can be confirmed for each product lot.
Grading, moisture and impurity targets are agreed before the order and confirmed per lot, so repeat shipments stay inside the specification you approved.
We prepare quotations around product form, grade, order volume, packing and destination. Volume pricing can be discussed for repeat or larger orders.
5,000 MT annual capacity with bulk stock held in covered storage. MOQ from 1 MT per grade, 18–24 MT per 20′ container.
Every shipment passes the same four controls — intake, processing, testing and release. Depending on the product, we verify physical specifications, moisture, microbiological parameters, pesticide residues and contaminants.
Appearance, size, color and moisture checked against the agreed specification as each lot is received.
Standardized cleaning, drying, grading and packing procedures applied to every batch we run.
Microbiological, pesticide-residue and contaminant parameters verified per lot; SGS, Eurofins or BV testing on request.
Batch-level records link farm source, processing date and export documents for each shipment.
Import clearance depends on paperwork as much as on the goods. Below is what we hold and what we can prepare for your destination market — confirmed per order rather than claimed as a blanket certification.
Held. Copy provided on request for buyer verification and supplier approval.
Held. Export documentation is coordinated against each order and destination market.
Food-safety system documentation supplied on request during supplier qualification.
Arranged on request where the destination market or buyer requires it.
Aflatoxin, pesticide residue, heavy metals and microbiology reports issued per lot on request.
FDA labelling and prior-notice guidance, plus EU import documentation, prepared on request.

Processing steps and packing options vary by product. We confirm the handling route, available packaging, lead time and shipment plan against each buyer’s requirements.

Optical colour sorters and conveyor grading remove defective, off-colour and foreign material before packing.

Material is picked over by hand as a final pass. Staff work in caps, masks and gloves, and inspection points are agreed with the buyer before the order is confirmed.

Where applicable, drying and treatment options plus microbiological testing requirements are reviewed against the product and destination market.

Common bulk packing formats can be discussed, including bag or carton options. Final packing, palletization and container plan are confirmed per order.

Bulk stock is held in covered, ventilated storage, bagged by lot so that grades can be selected against each order specification.

Loading is supervised against the packing list, and the container plan and sealing arrangements are confirmed with the buyer before shipment.

Our sourcing network is based in Yulin, Guangxi, and extends to growing regions across China. Star anise and cassia are commonly sourced from Guangxi; Sichuan pepper from Sichuan, Chongqing and Yunnan; ginger and turmeric from Guangxi and Yunnan. Confirm the origin available for the product lot when requesting a quotation.
Our standard MOQ is 1 MT per grade, so a buyer can run a trial lot through their own line before committing to a container. A 20′ container holds roughly 18–24 MT depending on product and packing, and production runs 25–30 working days from order confirmation. Private-label packaging starts at 1,000 kg per design.
